Ms. Nicole Tribble Bio

Nicole Eason-Tribble, PA-C, is a medical aesthetic specialist at Forever29 MedSpa in Fort Worth, Texas.

Nicole completed her undergraduate in biology/pre-med at the University of Texas at Arlington in 1988. She then attended the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center Physician Assistant Program, graduating in 1990. She went on to work in the surgical department at Parkland Hospital, performing minor procedures in general surgery, plastics, and dermatology clinics for the next five years.

In 1995, Nicole began a career in emergency medicine at a Level I trauma center, where she performed various procedures, including for life threatening injuries. During her time off from the ER, she owned and operated a medical staffing company, PRN PA, providing support staff to various private physician offices across the metroplex and rural areas of Texas. This gave her the opportunity to work in all areas of medicine, including dermatology, plastic surgery and medical aesthetics.

In 2014, her career in medical aesthetics began. Nicole became certified in Botox®, fillers, and PDO threads while attending the Facial Aesthetics Conference and Exhibition at the Queen Elizabeth II Conference Centre in London. She has been working toward mastering and teaching aesthetic medicine since then by honing her skills with advanced training at the National Laser Institute, American Academy of Facial Esthetics, as well as securing a mentor, Heidi Metcalf, PA-C. She has completed her master’s level training and is currently training to receive instructor’s certification in Botox, fillers, and PDO threads.

Opening Forever29 MedSpa this year was a labor of love, as the name embodies her late mother’s mantra. When asked her age, she would always reply, “I am 29 again.” A beautiful woman who believed in self-care, physical fitness, and the art of permanent makeup long before Beyonce started “waking up like this.” Always learning, improving, growing, her mother embodies and will always be a testament to the name Forever29.

Nicole’s style of practice is holistic, artistic, and very personable – always based on medical science and protocols. People are very different, genetically, phenotypically and will be approached and treated as such. She does not use a cookie-cutter approach with her clients’ treatment plans. Nicole believes in educating her clients, and that with an informed client, you can achieve the best and most beautiful outcomes.
